Al Mulla & Behbehani Builds a New Service and Spare Parts Facility with the Latest Advanced Technologies and State-of-the-art Customer Service Standards

Al Mulla & Behbehani Motors Co. (K.S.C.C.), the sole distributor of Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Abarth, and Mopar® in Kuwait, has commenced construction of a new state-of-the-art After-sales Service and Spare Parts Center in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area in Kuwait City.  The new facility will feature advanced infrastructure and upgraded service capabilities.

Key features of the new facility include:

• Vehicle Reception: 17 reception and delivery bays.
• Customer Lounge: 64 seats, along with 16 private and semi-private desks for service advisors.
• Workshop Capacity: 86 fully equipped bays, including:
• 44 bays for general repairs
• 28 bays for quick service
• 12 bays for washing
• Dedicated training bays

This project forms part of the company’s ongoing strategy to invest in operational expansion and enhance customer service standards.  It also reinforces the strength of the joint venture, which was established in 2006, and reflects a shared commitment to long-term growth in Kuwait’s automotive sector.

The new Service and Spare Parts (2S) facility, which spans over a land area of 11,250 square meters with total built-up area of 20,513 square meters, including Ground Floor, Basement, and Roof, will significantly improve upon and complement the company’s existing network of showrooms and service centers to provide customers with an exceptional sales and after-sales service experience that meets and exceeds their highest expectations and international standards of quality and customer service.

Other Operational Excellence Features will include:

• The facility has been designed with sustainability in mind, featuring full AC control for energy efficiency and environmentally responsible operations.
• State-of-the-art facility. Includes the latest Stellantis machine technology
• Machines include AI in their configuration for a better understanding and reading
• The facility car park will be built to accommodate the next 20 to 30 years of operations.
• Parking Capacity with 287 spaces, comprising 25 designated for customers and staff, and 262 allocated for vehicles under repair (WIP).
